We offer a refund policy or cancellation policy within a 24 hour window of ordering. We expect the 5% EA tax to be covered also.

For example, you purchase 100,000 FIFA coins from us, you will receive 95,000 coins after EA has deducted it's taxes.

For a refund, we then expect you to give back 105,000 coins to cover the EA taxes so we receive the FULL 100,000 coins back after EA taxes. 

Also a £2 cancellation fee applies to the order, simply to cover our refund fee's and staff fee's to conduct the refund.
